Meet Kevin
Serenity Development was established in 2016 to bring Kevins design and
development background to projects for clients. With over thirty years of experience
Kevin has developed strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors
throughout the industry in both residential and commercial construction.
As the owner Kevin oversees all aspects of projects from design development through
construction. You will find him on site regularly through the course of a project to
ensure that the finished project is completed to the highest standard in design, detail
and construction, ensuring that all clients receive the product that Serenity
Development is known for.

Meet Lisa
With over 25 years of experience in new construction real estate, Lisa has developed a
passion for working with local home builders to create and sell vibrant condo communities
throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Notable projects
include 65 Pointe Place in Dover, The Westerly, and 960 Sagamore in Portsmouth, NH –
thoughtfully crafted environments with modern finishes and top-notch amenities.
As a dedicated professional, Lisa is a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of
Realtors, Seacoast Board of Realtors, NH Home Builder's Association, and National
Association of Home Builders. She also serves on the board of the Hooksett Chamber of
Commerce, as well as a member, and a Past President, of the Queen City Rotary, fostering
local business and community growth.
Meet The Owner
Meet Amy
Amy is the pioneering founder and owner of ASK Land Title Services, LLC, the oldest and largest woman-owned title abstracting firm on the East Coast. As a self-employed entrepreneur, she is passionate about providing the best work product and customer service experience for her clients, allowing them to successfully achieve their financial goals.
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Amy is an active member of her local community. Her involvement includes serving on the board of the New England Land Title Association as well as the board of the Hundred Club of New Hampshire, which provides scholarships and benefits to the dependent widows and children of New Hampshire law enforcement officers and firefighters who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, walking the beach, and spoiling her two ginger cats, Oscar and Henry.
