Welcome To The Clubhouse

A unique design element of Candia Village Farms is the 1800’s timber frame home original to the property which now serves as the community’s clubhouse. Carefully and beautifully restored, this historic structure includes a fully-applianced kitchen with bar, library, fireplace, large screen TV with comfy leather sofas, and tables and chairs for entertaining family and friends. 

Outside the clubhouse, you and your visitors can relax on a spacious patio, with a nearby firepit, or join in the action on the pickleball and bocce courts, as well as play everyone’s favorite...cornhole! Community gardens and a young orchard will be a few of the additional features you and your guests will enjoy, as you make wonderful memories for years to come at the Candia Village Farms clubhouse and grounds.
